About Me
My name is Dinah. I was born in South Africa during apartheid but raised and educated in Swaziland. I moved to Belgium 30 years ago when I married my Belgian husband. I am a certified Psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate life’s journey. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement.
I aim to equip clients in a holistic way so that they can unleash their full potential in life. I believe in nurturing the roots of your well-being to help you flourish and grow. My mission is to provide compassionate and effective therapy that empowers you to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and live a fulfilling life.
Background and Qualifications
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) specializing in Psychotherapy, holding a Master of Science (MSc) in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from the University of Middlesex, London. Additionally, I have completed a Clinical Diploma (BSc) in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute, London. My education also includes advance training in counselling from Philippi Trust in the UK, Leadership training from the Vineyard Institute (US), Bachelor of Commerce (University of Swaziland).

Les personnes atteintes de douleur chronique peuvent remarquer des impacts dans plusieurs domaines de leur vie personnelle. De plus, la douleur chronique peut parfois susciter de la peur, du découragement, de la colère, des doutes, un sentiment d’injustice et un sentiment d’abandon.
Les douleurs musculaires
Les douleurs musculaires sont généralement le résultat de mouvements trop répétitifs et trop violents, auxquels vos muscles ne sont pas accoutumés.
Cela peut arriver par exemple si vous jardinez, ou encore si vous recommencez à faire du sport après de longues années.
La douleur musculaire peut aussi apparaître dans le cas d’un refroidissement soudain des muscles dû à un courant d’air ou à une position inconfortable.
