Psycho-holistic therapist and Yoga therapy
Since my childhood I have been seeking Self, Mind and Body, as my father put me on my spiritual path, “know yourself”.
I started yoga in the family since my childhood; Leaving my home country Iran, I first landed in India, Pune where I studied both Psychology at the University of Pune and worked under the Master B.K.S. Iyengar. This allowed me to evolve in my practice of Hatha Yoga in its all dimension.
Following three years of study Psychology I transitioned to Belgium to conclude a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the Université Catholique de Louvain. Both my research and teaching of Yoga in different yoga centers and institute, explored the healing effects of Yoga.
My work as a Psychologist began in a psychiatric hospital and become practitioner psychoanalyst at the Belgian School for Psychoanalysis. Since more than 30 years, the field of psychology and psycho-holistic therapy withYoga has been the centre of my life.
What is psycho-holistic therapy? In this discipline, we consider human as being whole with the complexity coming solely from the mind. With this type of therapy, we connect the psychological with the physical and spiritual. We will try to find answers to:
Who we are?
What we want?
Where we want to go?
By finding the right answer to these questions, the mind will become more settled and you will be at peace. My sessions usually last between 30” to 40” minutes. The first session is 60” minutes.
Fees will be decided during our first session.
The main psychotherapist methods I work with, are behavioral, systemic, yoga therapy and analytical and I treat all symptoms, family, children and individual.
I speak fluently French, English, Persan and Azeri.
